Colombo High Court Revises Kaduwela Magistrates Order and Grants Bail to Yoshitha Rajapaksa and 3 Others in CSN Case

The Colombo High Court today decided to revise the Kaduwela Magistrate’s order to remand Yoshitha Rajapaksa and three others over the alleged financial irregularities at the CSN and they were granted bail by High Court Judge A. A. Heiyanthuduwa.

They were granted bail after considering the bail application filed in the High Court. The High Court Judge ordered the bail order to be sent the Kaduwela Magistrate Court immediately.

They were released on a cash bail of Rs 100,000 and two sureties of Rs 1 million each. The judge also imposed a travel ban on them.
