Ariyanenthiran as their common candidate for the upcoming Presidential Election.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Several Tamil political parties and a group of civil society representatives had reached an agreement to nominate a common candidate for the forthcoming Presidential Election.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, seven Tamil political parties and seven civil society representatives had signed this agreement in Jaffna on 22 July. The signatories include President\u2019s Counsel C.V. Vigneswaran of the Tamil People\u2019s National Alliance, Selvam Adaikkalanathan of the Tamil Eelam Liberation Organisation, D. Siddharthan of the People\u2019s Liberation Organisation of Tamil Eelam, N.
