If so, why do you need this office? You are the subject Minister (a reference to Dr. Rajapakshe). Therefore, tell him not to say that nobody went missing. With great trouble, we adopted the OMP Act, and I was the subject Minister earlier. We established OMP offices in Matara, Jaffna, and Mannar. People went missing even during 1988-1989 and in the 2000s in the North and the South. We should remove this curse. This is why we established the OMP.
