Three votes were rejected.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>SLFP MP Nimal Siripala De Silva proposed Mr. Siyambalapitiya&#8217;s name while SJB MP Lakshman Kiriella   proposed Bakeer Markar&#8217;s name.<\/p>\n<p>Minister G.L.
