Gaku Fukaura; Defence Adviser (the Maldives) Col. Ismail Naseer; Defence Adviser (Pakistan) Col. Muhammad Safdar Khan; Military, Naval, and Air Attach\u00e9 (Russia) Col. Aleksey A.
