{"id":54789,"date":"2017-08-23T23:23:07","date_gmt":"2017-08-24T03:23:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dbsjeyaraj.com\/dbsj\/?p=54789"},"modified":"2017-08-23T23:30:01","modified_gmt":"2017-08-24T03:30:01","slug":"i-will-reveal-the-true-story-behind-the-treasury-bond-issues-of-2015-and-2016-states-wijeyadasa-rajapakshe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dbsjeyaraj.com\/dbsj\/?p=54789","title":{"rendered":"&#8220;I Will Reveal the True Story Behind the Treasury Bond Issues of 2015 and 2016&#8221; States Wijeyadasa Rajapakshe"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>By<\/p>\n<p>Zacky Jabbar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Justice and Buddha Sasana Minister Wijeyadasa Rajapakshe having accepted President Maithripala Sirisena\u2019s decision to remove him from his portfolios, said yesterday that he would work to unravel the true story behind the Central Bank Treasury Bond issues of 2015 and 2016.<\/p>\n<p>&#8221; I will reveal the details while continuing to be a member of the UNP&#8221; he said. <\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>President Maithripala Sirisena yesterday accepted the UNP\u2019s request conveyed through Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe to remove Justice and Buddha Sasana Minister Wijeyadasa Rajapakshe from his portfolios, government sources said.<\/p>\n<p>The UNP Working Committee followed by the parliamentary group on Monday decided to call for Wijeyadasa\u2019s resignation.
