The event was organized as a special peace event as the pigeons carried messages of unity and fellowship. <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>The event was attended by religious heads, the GA of the area Mr S. Arumainayagam and senior police officers.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The peace-pigeon event was organised by Loni de Lanerolle, an animal enthusiast who has been training Racing Pigeons over time.
