Wigneswaran says he has already sent his regrets.<br \/>\nAll chief ministers were invited to the cabinet meeting on Thursday (17), Presidential Spokesman Mohan Samaranayake told Daily FT.<\/p>\n<p>Chief Minister Wigneswaran, who recently accused the President of having broken another promise to the NPC by reappointing ex-Military Governor G.A.
