While Sinhala Zionist Bodu Bala Sena thugs were burning, looting and destroying Muslim owned properties in Aluthgama, Beruwela and Dharga Town on Sunday 15 and Monday 16 June 2014 under cover of curfew, in a despicable show of fathomless venom here in Colombo, Jathika Hela Urumaya, JHU,was busy demonizing Muslims to create smokescreen to cover up BBS barbarity.<\/p>\n

On Sunday 15 June 2014, JHU National Organizer Nishantha Sri Warnasinghe, in a tongue in the cheek pronouncement, said in Colombo that Muslim extremists who use Puttalam, Katankudi and Beruwala as a protective hub should be identified and deported.<\/p>\n

He never spoke a word about the carnage unleashed by his BBS friends in Aluthgama, Beruwela and Dharga Town.<\/p>\n

Reiterating the pre planned propaganda two days later on Tuesday 17 June 2014 JHU\u2019s General Secretary Minister Patali Champika Ranawaka requested the government of which JHU is a constituent party to deport all religious asylum seekers especially from India, the Maldives and Pakistan.<\/p>\n

On 19 June 2014 JHU leader Omalpe Sobitha Thera warned Muslims against putting up black flags stating that if any religious tension occurred due to \u201chartaal\u201d the organizers should be held responsible.<\/p>\n

He also threatened that if any Sinhala business establishment or Buddhist places of worship was damaged or attacked as a result of these hartals, responsibility should be taken by the organizers. He requested the police and security forces to ensure the safety of Sinhalese in Muslim areas and demanded that action be taken against those who spread violence.<\/p>\n

He did not say a word about the shameless carnage unleashed on Aluthgma and Beruwala Muslims by his BBS sangha thugs.<\/p>\n

This chilling message was not expected from a man in saffron robe, symbol of peace and tolerance, and claim as a man of peace. This shocked all peace loving Sri Lankans.<\/p>\n

His message to Muslims in his statement was;<\/p>\n

\u201cWe will attack you, burn your properties, loot your homes and drive you out of your homes and do anything and everything what we want, but you should not hold rallies, should not go on demonstrations and even peaceful march. You should also not raise black flags and observe hartals to vent your anger at the BBS carnage on you \u201d.<\/p>\n

With this statement he demonstrated his arrogance and his fascist mindset.<\/p>\n

Perhaps he thought that the island\u2019s Muslim community is a community of rabbits or chicken in a poultry farm to be slaughtered at will.<\/p>\n

Perhaps he thinks the whole world is in Sri Lanka and Sri Lanka is not part of the world. If he opens his eyes and see what is going around the world he would realize that Muslims worldwide are mighty American, British, European and Israeli evil forces to ensure their rights and dignity.<\/p>\n

Added to this on 20 June 2014 Minister Champika Ranwaka, climbed ridiculous heights when he accused the US Ambassador Michele J Sison of nurturing Jihadists and jeopardizing the security of not only Sri Lanka and the US but the entire world.<\/p>\n

He added that \u201cUS Ambassador in Sri Lanka, Michele Sison should not encourage Jihadists who are disrupting communal harmony in the country by creating conflicts among Sinhalese and Muslims. She should stop forthwith giving encouragement to Jihadist extremists,\u201d said Minister Patali Champika Ranawaka in a tongue in a cheek statement which made him a laughing stock.<\/p>\n

Addressing a media briefing at the JHU Head office, Champika Ranwaka added that \u201cBodu Bala Sena did not stir up religious tension.If Rauf Hakeem and Azath Sally think they can browbeat us by resorting to hartal action, they are very much mistaken.\u201d<\/p>\n

Jihadists and the Taliban are causing mayhem wherever they are active, creating religious conflicts and disharmony; he said adding that the Beruwala and Dharga Town incidents were not caused by the Bodu Bala Sena. Minister Ranawaka reiterated that, if religious conflicts spread into other areas, Rauff Hakeem, Azath Sally, Mujibur Rahuman and Rishad Bathiudeen should take full responsibility.<\/p>\n

One wonders from which part of his anatomy he utters this type of nonsense.<\/p>\n

Minister Ranawaka made a mockery of himself by stating that the Aluthgama, Beruwala; Dharga Town carnage was not done by BBS. If the BBS did not perpetrate the carnage in Aluthgama and Beruwala then who did it? Did some Sinhala sadists landed at Aluthgama and Beruwala from another planet and committed these crimes?<\/p>\n

The whole world, except perhaps Minister Champika and his JHU and BBS colleagues and their godfathers ,are aware of what happened in Aluthgama, Beruwala and Dharga Town and who is responsible for this.<\/p>\n

For him to openly state that it was not done by BBS only showed the lies and deception they shamelessly resort to in their destructive design against peaceful Muslims. JHU, once described as \u201cHela Karumaya\u201d does not represent the mainstream Sinhalese or interested in promoting Buddhism. This is common knowledge. They exploit Buddhism to incite the Sinhalese against Muslims to achieve their political aim of destroying the Island\u2019s Muslim community.<\/p>\n

Muslims are aware that almost a year and half ago JHU\u2019s Udaya Gammanpila predicted that a\u201d Sinhala Muslims riot is inevitable in 2015 to mark the centenary of 1915 Sinhala Muslim riots\u201d.<\/p>\n

True to his prediction here we are commemorating the centenary of 1915 Sinhala Muslim riots in Aluthgama, Beurwala, Dharga Town and the surrounding areas with a meticulously planned attack on Muslim owned properties, business establishments, looting and burning Muslim houses forcing Muslim families to take refuge in mosques, schools and relatives.<\/p>\n

Once well to do Muslims were reduced to penniless and paupers. This may satiate their sadism.<\/p>\n

JHU and its partner in crime BBS adopted their new found friend Israel\u2019s strategy of committing the heinous crimes and blaming the victims.<\/p>\n

For example the Zionist Jews were brought in from all over the world to Palestine where the sons of daughters were massacred, driven out to refugee camps, colonized Palestinian lands with Jewish settlers, manipulated and blackmailed US and Europe and the United Nations to establish the Jewish racist state of Israel in Palestine.<\/p>\n

Today Palestinians languish in refugee camps. They are demonized and ostracized as terrorists while Jewish terrorists who committed more than 63 massacres of Palestinians since 1930s have been accepted by the world as dignified people.<\/p>\n

This is the same language JHU, BBS and their godfathers speak in covering up their crime on Muslims in Aluthgama and Beruwala.<\/p>\n

On the same day, Friday 20, June 2014, Muslim owned fashionable retail textile outlet costing around Rs 300 million was burnt down. According to people there fire fighters were informed on time but arrived after two and half hours.<\/p>\n

What crime did the innocent owner of this textile outlet commit to deserve this punishment?<\/p>\n

Isn\u2019t this sheer sadism in the \u201cDhammadeepa\u201d where Buddhism flourished for around 2600 years? It appears the racist thugs who committed this heinous crime have lost all canons of human feelings and decency. Do they understand that this lawlessness threatens to set ablaze the country with unpredictable consequences?<\/p>\n

While this was the attitude of chauvinists the main opposition United National Party did not find time to visit to Aluthgama and Beruwala to see the plight of Muslim victims .Instead a team of UNP parliamentarian visited the Dehiwala zoo to look into the wellbeing of the animals there. This is the disgusting state of affairs in local politics.<\/p>\n

On the other hand the media blackout of the carnage is shameful for the once proud mainstream media which has now become JHU and BBS collaborators in their conspiracies against Muslims. The coverage of the carnage was biased against Muslims from the very beginning.<\/p>\n


\nHowever one thing is certain. That is the island\u2019s Muslim community is not going to run away in the same way Tamils did in the after of the Jul 1983 carnage. They have decided to rebuild their destroyed properties even with their bare hands. While raising their hands above seeking Allah\u2019s blessings they also feel sorry for the racist thugs who are burning themselves with their racist mindsets which have now become incurable cancer in the paradise island which was turned into living hell.<\/strong><\/p>\n
