Wigneswaran from taking action to remove her from her post and to declare that the Chief Minister has violated her Fundamental Rights.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The Court is scheduled to take up the Fundamental Rights case on March 24.<\/p>\n<p>The Petition has cited Chief Minister C.V.
