International delegates arrive in Geneva for the “Conference on Tamil People’s Rights”-ICET

Geneva, Switzerland : International delegates, including Human Rights Experts, Human Rights Activists, and Members of Parliament from Australia , Canada , France , Germany , Belgium , Denmark , India , Italy , Mauritius , Malaysia , New Zealand , Norway , South Africa , Sri Lanka , and UK are arriving to discuss the pressing issues on Rights of Tamils.

Hundreds of representatives from Tamil organizations across the world will be participating at this conference.

The panel will be addressing three main subjects:

(1) International Investigation to War Crimes and Crimes against humanity in Sri Lanka ,

(2) Many forms of Genocide in Sri Lanka , and

(3) UN Referendum: The way forward to a sustainable peace in Sri Lanka .

The International Council of Eelam Tamils (ICET) hopes that the delegates who participate in this conference would continue to advocate for the rights of Tamils.
